  • Note - the City of Troy offers over 400 acres of parkland recreation many of which are in
    close proximity to Crescent Ridge/Parc:

    Fire Fighters Park, Square Lake Rd. (96 acres)- walk in access from our subdivision
    sidewalk between the homes of 6513 and 6497 Basswood Dr. Features 18-hole disc golf,
    soccer and baseball fields, play ground, picnic pavilion, lakes, Troy Firefighters Memorial.

    Stage Nature Center and Troy Farm, Coolidge Hwy (100 acres)- features interpretive
    building with exhibits, 2 miles of trails through natural meadow, forest, marsh and river
    areas with many animals and birds. Troy Farm features 2 historical barns and garden plots.

    Boulan Park, on Boulan Park Dr. off of Crooks Rd. (63 acres)- sports fields, tennis & pickle
    ball courts, picnic shelters, play ground.

    Sylvan Glen Lake Park, Rochester Rd. (60 acres)- offers beautiful lake, fishing. hiking trails,
    picnic areas.

    Daisy Knight Dog Park, on Livernois Rd. - Dog Park for dogs to roam, run, play leash free,
    plus swim pond. Requires City of Troy annual dog park fee membership.

    City of Troy Community Center, Livernois Rd. -127,000 square foot home of a fitness
    center, gyms, swimming pool with adventure bay, meeting rooms, senior programs and
    more.

    On City of Troy Civic Center property, Town Center Dr.- Family Aquatic Center and Tennis
    Centers. Plus the Jeanne Stine Community Park Pavilion consisting of The Rink Skate Park,
    refrigerated ice-skating ribbon, pavilion, and fire pits.

    Troy Historic Village, Wattles Rd.- collection of 11 historic Troy buildings featuring the
    collections and stories of the 1800s settlement and 1900s growth in the Troy area. Many
    events take place all year long.

    The many local area choices for recreation are certainly a big plus for our uniquely
    situated prime subdivision.
